Grimner: new album 'Stormvingar' coming in September

After nearly four years of silence, Grimner returns to the realm of Midgård with renewed strength. With new blood in their ranks and the iconic voice of returning member Marcus Asplund Brattberg, the band conjures the power of a storm-torn ocean, heralding a new chapter in their saga.

The upcoming album 'Stormvingar' promises a full folk metal journey inspired by Swedish folklore and Grimner's own interpretation of Norse mythology. Their sound continues to blend the aggression of old-school melodic death metal with Nordic folk traditions, alongside elements of classic heavy and power metal — a fusion that has become Grimner's unmistakable trademark.
